Are you Electrolux factory service?
No. Electrolux Appliances Repair Service is an independent repair service specializing in Electrolux appliances. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by Electrolux. If your appliance is still under the Electrolux factory warranty, contact Electrolux first.
What does the $75 service call include?
The trip to your home and the diagnosis. After diagnosis you get a repair price for approval. If you approve, the $75 is applied toward the repair; if you don't, it is the only charge.
What warranty do you provide?
A 90-day labor warranty on our repairs. Qualifying parts carry the applicable 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Do you repair Electrolux top-load washers?
Electrolux's current U.S. washer lineup is front-load, and that is where most of our laundry work is. If you have a top-load washer with an Electrolux badge, send us the model number from its label so we can confirm what it is before scheduling.
Can you tell me what an error code means before coming out?
Often, yes. Use the Error Code Finder or call us with the code and the model number. Some codes mean different things on different Electrolux models, so the model number matters.
My refrigerator needs a compressor. Is that worth it?
On premium Electrolux French-door, 4-door and column refrigerators it often is. We confirm the compressor is the actual failure first, then quote the full job — drier, evacuation and charge included.
Who performs refrigerant work?
EPA Section 608-certified technicians, following the procedure for the refrigerant on your rating tag (R600a on current French-door models, R134a on many earlier ones).
Are you insured?
Yes, we are an insured service provider.
How do I prepare for the visit?
Have the model number ready, clear access to the appliance, and note any codes and when the problem happens. For washers, make room in front of the lower panel.

Can I repair it myself?
Many simple checks are safe and listed in our troubleshooting guides — cleaning a washer pump filter, a dryer lint path, dishwasher filters. Anything involving live electrical testing, gas, refrigerant or bypassing safety devices should be left to a technician.
