These terms apply to service performed by Electrolux Appliances Repair Service and to use of this website.
Independent service
Electrolux Appliances Repair Service is an independent appliance repair provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by Electrolux. Electrolux is a trademark of its respective owner and is used only to identify the appliances we service. Repairs we perform are not Electrolux factory warranty service.
Service call
The $75 service call covers the trip and the in-home diagnosis. It is due whether or not you approve a repair, and it is applied toward the repair if you approve one.
Estimates and approval
After diagnosis we give you a repair price. No repair work begins without your approval. Price ranges published on this website are typical ranges, not quotes. If additional problems are discovered during an approved repair, we stop and ask before doing more work.
Parts
Parts availability and pricing depend on suppliers and can change. Some repairs require a return visit when a part must be ordered. Replaced parts may be kept for warranty returns where a supplier requires it.
Warranty
We provide a 90-day labor warranty on the repair performed. Qualifying parts carry the applicable 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power events, water supply problems, improper installation by others, venting problems, or failures of parts we did not replace.
Access and safety
Please provide safe access to the appliance and keep children and pets away from the work area. We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe (for example active gas leaks, electrical hazards or flooding).
Website information
Troubleshooting guides, error-code explanations and the Diagnostic Assistant provide general, preliminary information drawn from manufacturer documentation. They are not a diagnosis of your appliance. Do not attempt repairs involving gas, refrigerant, live electrical testing or safety devices. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from do-it-yourself repairs.
