Information we collect
- Service requests. When you submit the booking form we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance type, preferred time, problem description, and optionally a model number and photos.
- Technical and marketing data. With the request we receive the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters) if present. Our server receives your IP address, which we use only in hashed form to limit abuse of the form.
- Phone calls. If you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
- Analytics. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled on the site, Google may collect usage data through cookies according to its own policies. You can limit this with your browser's privacy settings.
- Tools. The Diagnostic Assistant and Error Code Finder run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to book service.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule and perform service, prepare parts, keep service records, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which pages and advertising bring customers. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is delivered and stored
Service requests are sent to our business email and a private business messaging channel used by our scheduling staff. Photos you attach are forwarded with the request and are not stored on our web server. If delivery fails, the request may be kept temporarily in a private file outside the public website until handled.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (email, hosting, messaging, analytics), when required by law, or to protect our rights. Parts suppliers may receive your appliance model and serial number when we order parts.
Text messages and calls
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling (725) 353-8500. Nevada residents may submit a request regarding the sale of covered information; we do not sell it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
