How a visit works

1. You call or book online. Tell us the model, the symptom and any code.
2. Diagnosis at your home. The $75 service call covers the visit and diagnosis.
3. Price for approval. You get the repair price before any work. The service call is applied toward the approved repair.
4. Repair and warranty. 90-day labor warranty; qualifying parts carry the 1-year manufacturer warranty.
